This query is directed at attorneys in California. I have a situation with my family. I have a deadbeat brother and my mother is not well (mentally). I have suffered personal problems in life as a result of the type of family I have. All they care about is money and not love or caring. I suspect my brother is embezzling funds from the estate and not giving me what I am entitled to. He refuses to send all the documents I want to prove otherwise. There is an irrovacable trust involved too. I am unemployed right now so its not feasible to hire an attorney to do the dirty work. Can anyone help?

What are you entitled to? A share of the embezzled money. What about your mom...I don't see you trying to protect her, just trying to protect your 'inheritance" from your brother. What a piece of work!
